Las Crucen Killed In I-10 Accident
State police reported that Las Cruces resident William S Hayner of 365 El Prado was killed Wednesday when his car rolled over on Interstate 10 in Grant County.
Officers said Hayner, 34, was driving west on the interstate when the car went off the road, skidded and overturned. He was thrown from the vehicle and suffered multiple head and chest injuries, officers said.
Signs indicate that the victim over-corrected his vehicle when it left the pavement and that it overturned 2 1/2 times, according to their report.
