March 18, 1931 – Nov. 16, 2014 Bobby Ray Schrimpshire – an 83 year-old native of Quitman, MS and longtime resident of Mobile passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014. Mr. Schrimpshire was a very active member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing guitar. Mr. Schrimpshire was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Schrimpshire and Edna Gavin Wells, and wife of 35 years, Geraldine Fulton Schrimpshire. He is survived by his daughter, Robyn Schrimpshire Reynolds (Grahm); brothers, Claude Harlon Schrimpshire (Billie Lee) and Michael Leon Wells (Pam); other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens on Thursday, November 20, 2014, at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 5901 Overlook Rd., Mobile, AL 36618.
