Nichole died of a cardiac arrhythmia at her sorority house in Bloomington.
She was born in Goshen, Ind. to Kevin Birky and Gina Birky, and they survive. She was a graduate of Mississinewa High School where she was a member of: cheerleading 9th-12grade where she was a student life editor. She attended Indiana University where she was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. She had previously been employed at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in La Fontaine, South Marion Pizza Hut, and the Fitness Connection in Marion.
