LONGVIEW — Graveside services for Frankie Jo Moore Fowler, 69, of East Mountain, will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2014, at Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The Revs. David Farmer and James Cotton will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. today, November 16, 2014, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fowler was born May 14, 1945, in East Mountain, to Rufus and Cora Bell Moore. She was former co-owner/operator of Joe’s Air Conditioning in Longview. She was a graduate of East Mountain High School, where she was involved in numerous extra-curricular activities, including cheerleading, student council and band. She was a former Yamboree Duchess. Mrs. Fowler loved animals and was co-owner of Golden Papillon Farms in East Mountain.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Donn Fowler Sr.; her sister, Jean Moore; and her brother, Rufus Bishop Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Torrie Fiscus and husband, Dan, Karla Jo Jordan and husband, Thomas, and Joe Donn Fowler, Jr. and wife, Sonia; grandchildren, Kevin Leath, Tyler Leath, Hannah Fiscus, Adrian Lujan, Courtney Bobbitt, Allyson Ferrel, Kaitlyn Jordan and Bryanna Jordan; five great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Glenn Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
