Charlotte J. Kurgan 87 of Wells died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at Parkview Care Center in Wells. A mass of Christian burial will be at 11AM Tuesday at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells. Visitation will be from 4 to 8PM Monday at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Interment will be in St.Casimir Catholic Cemetery and the Rev. Jason Kern will officiate.
Charlotte Joy was born December 5, 1926 in Albert Lea the daughter of Roy and Martha (Nelson) Beese. She married Ladislas E. Kurgan on October 12, 1948 and to this union two children were born. Laddie died January 8, 1994. Charlotte was a faithful member of St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells.
Survivors include 2 children, one brother, one sister-in-law and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Nathan Tweet and brothers Gerald (Murlie) Beese and Richard Beese.
