She married Isaac Keeler (son of Nathaniel Keeler and Rhoda Lawrence) on April 23, 1814 in Halfmoon. They had six children named Silas, Elizabeth, Peter Althouse, Isaac Nathaniel, James McCready, and Eleanor Eliza (Mrs. Aaron Lynd). After Isaac died in 1830, Clarrisa married Barnard/Barney Whyland (son of Leonard Whyland and Agnes/Agnieta Muller) of Sand Lake, New York. Clarissa appears to have had five step-children (Leonard B., Christiann, Julia, Martha, and Mary Elizabeth) and one biological child (Clarissa Ann). Barney died on August 10, 1847 in Sand Lake. There is a September 13, 1847 probate record for him. Clarissa died on June 3, 1867 probably in Clifton Park, New York. She could be buried at Clifton Park Baptist Cemetery or the Brookside Cemetery in Barberville, New York. It appears that she is listed in the Clifton Cemetery Records website.
