WALTER BLOCHER, 668 Highland Way, died early yesterday morning, aged 57.
Born and reared near Frostburg, he was the son of Isaac and Sophia (Anderson) Blocher, and a resident here for the last eight years.
He was a veteran of World War One, and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include sisters, Mrs. Anna Minnick, Frostburg; Mrs. Bertha Knepp, Eckard, Md.; brothers, Wesley, William, Charles, all of Frostburg, and Walter, Akron, Ohio.
The body was removed to the funeral home of A. K. Coffman, it will be taken to Frostburg, where services will be held Friday afternoon, with interment in Johnson's cemetery, near Frostburg.
