Mr. Lacey was born April 29, 1931 to the late Reece & Ethel Lacey in Roan Mountain, Tennessee. He was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from Ryder Truck Line, where he was a Truck Driver. Mr. Lacey was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Lacey.
