"Granny" Vivian Audrey Rowell passed away in San Pablo, CA on Nov. 22, 2004 at the age of 83.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse B. Rowell and her daughter Clara A. DeLaTorre.
She is survived by her loving daughters Rose Spencer of Hercules, CA and Wendy Jacobs of Roseville, CA; sister Lela Crow of Oak Grove, LA; seven adoring grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
A native of Oak Grove, LA, Vivian spent 10 years in Port Orchard, WA with her husband and most of her adult life in Richmond, CA. She was a member of the Eagles Women's Auxiliary of Port Orchard, WA. She was also the owner of the Angel Cream Cafe in Richmond, CA. She was an avid gardener who loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 at 11:00 am at Sunset View Mortuary, junction of Fairmount and Colusa in El Cerrito.
