RITES HONOR J. C. BARRON

Funeral services for James Clinton Barron, 51, 4321 S. 8460 West, well-known Magna man who died Sept. 9, were held Friday in the Oquirrh LDS Stake Center.

Mr. Barron was born Dec. 3, 1917, in Logan, to James Clifford and Bessie Monroe Barron. He married Leah Alldredge in Salt Lake City.
He had been a truck driver and former Salt Lake County employee.
Mr. Barron, a member of the LDS Church, was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow; sons, daughters, Brent, Patricia, Shauna, all of Magna; Mrs. Bill (Jeanene) Alldredge, Granger; Thomas, Mrs. Judy Shurz, both of Salt Lake City; 3 grandchildren; mother, Salt Lake City; brothers, sisters, Kevin, Magna; Doyle, California; Mrs. Eugene (Vera) Nordburg; Mrs. John (Janet) Gibb, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Thomas (Delsa) Mitchell, Las Vegas, Nev.

Burial was made in the Valley View Memorial Park under the direction of the Peel Funeral Home.
