Paul B.. Dahl, 76, Meyersdale RD 1, died Aug. 8, 1987, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born Aug. 8, 1911, in Bedford, son of Mrs. Hattie (England) Dahl, Daytona Beach, Fla., and the late William L. Dahl. Survived by his wife, the former Angela Noble, and these children: Mrs. Jean E. Edwards, Springfield, Va.; Robert L. Dahl, Reading, Pa.; Thomas E. Dahl, Herndon, Va.; and John Schutrick, Monroeville; also six grandchildren. A brother of: Mrs. Evelyn D'Amico, Washington D.C.; Mrs. Veronica Thomas, and William Dahl, both of Daytona Beach, Fla. Member of Sts. Philp and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale Lions Club and he was a director of the Somerset County Fair Association. Retired U.S. postal employee. No public visitation. Following cremation, a memorial mass will be celebrated at Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, at 7:30 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. James Bunn officiating. Interment, church cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
