A Mass of Christian Burial for F. Leo Mallamaci, 81, of Cherry Lane, formerly of Cleveland Avenue in Niagara Falls, will be offered at 9:15 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1413 Pine Ave., following prayers at 8:45 in M. J. Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St.
Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Mallamaci died Tuesday (Aug. 25, 1992) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital.
A native of Wishaw, Pa., Mallamaci came to Niagara Falls in 1925. He was employed as a production planner at the former Kimberly-Clark Corp., retiring in 1970 after 40 years of service.
Mallamaci was a volunteer with the Retired Men's Service League at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from 1970 to 1991. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Shrine Club, the Power City Lodge Italian Sons and Daughters of America 158, and the Senior Citizens of St. Joseph Church and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
He was the widower of the former Teresa Alviti, who died in 1981.
He is survived by two sons, Paul B. of Marietta, Ohio, and Ottavio J. of North Canton, Ohio; a daughter, Joanne Presutti; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
