Nancy L. McKinley, 67, of Coldwater passed away on November 6, 2014 at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday November 9, 2014 at Rayborn Memorial Seventh- Day Adventist Church in Coldwater. Visitation will be prior to the funeral service Sunday beginning at 12:00 Noon at the church. Interment will take place at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery, Coldwater.
Nancy was born November 14, 1946 to Alfred and Helen (Mikedis) Parker in Wayne, MI. She graduated from Cedar Lake Academy in Cedar Lake, MI in 1966. Nancy was united in marriage to William “Bill” McKinley on July 19, 1992 in Coldwater.
She was a member of Rayborn Memorial Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Coldwater and she also volunteered at the Community Services Center of Coldwater.
Nancy was a devoted homemaker as she loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing the piano and organ at the church as well as sewing pillows for people that were baptized.
Nancy is survived by her husband Bill of Coldwater, her children, William Jaeger of Coldwater, Tim (Ruth) Jaeger of Union City, Rebecca (Ryan) Gottfried of Staley, NC and Matt McKinley of Coldwater; 5 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 5 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Val Klein.
