R. C. Ennis,Veteran of World War, Dies
Rolland C Ennis, 40, son of Mrs. Florence Ennis, 321 Fifth street NW,and veteran of the of World War, died in the government hospital at Fort Snelling, Minn. at 11:10 am Thursday. He was born in Cedar Rapids and attended the public schools here. Preceding the war, he was in Minneapolis where he entered the service. Overseas a year, he suffered shell shock and had spent much time since in hospitals. According to his wish, he will be buried in the soldiers' cemetery at Minneapolis. His mother is the only surviving relative.
