MRS. CELIA BROWN
Mrs. Celia E. Basham was born in Breckenridge County, Kentucky on January 27, 1831. She was married to Joseph H. Robertson August 12, 1847. To this union one son was born. Both husband and son passed away several years ago. On October 17, 1864 she was married to J. F. Brown of Clifton Mills, Co., Kentucky. Left to mourn are three daughters: Mrs. Laura Miller of Kennard, Nebraska, Mrs. Florence Powell of Omaha, Nebraska and Mrs. Ophelia Coeking of Elk City, Nebraska.
In addition, there are seven grandchildren: Celia Coeking of Elk City, Mrs. Ada McKillip of Belgrade, Nebraska, Mrs. Lillie Gaines of Arlington, Nebraska, Mrs. Edna Templeton of Smithsburg, Canada, Vernon and Marion Bessey of Bladworth, Canada, Mrs. Pearl Corey of Bladworth, Canada. There are fifteen great grandchildren and a large number of friends who mourn her loss.
Funeral services will be held Saturday March 11th at 2 pm.
Interment at Elk City cemetery.
