Grace Singer Perkinson, 69, Westport, died Thursday at Mallory-Taylor Hospital in La Grange.
She was a native of Trimble County and a member of the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and Oldham Hills Homemaker Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jane Douglas of Chicago and Mrs. Gene Ferguson; four grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Adkins-Radcliffe Funeral Home in La Grange, with burial in Valley of Rest Cemetery there.
