Former member of Candlelight Golf League, St. Thomas More Catholic Church Men’s Softball Team and Mixed Bowling Team.
Preceded in death by wife, Grace M. Dworak; grandson, Don E. Huck; son-in-law, Greg J. Huck; sister-in-law, Esther Dworak.
Survived by children: Michael E. Dworak (Shelley), Charles H. Dworak (Linda), Gayle Huck (Donn Jewell), and Douglas E. Dworak (Mary); 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Donald E. Dworak; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-laws: Helen Tibbetts, Rosie Dragon, Gary Kushinsky, and Ira Charles Kushinsky.
Vigil Service Monday, November 3rd at 7 pm, with family receiving friends from 6-7 pm, both at the West Center Chapel, 7805 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, November 4th at 10:30 am at St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum. Memorials are suggested to St. Columbkille Catholic Church or Alzheimer’s Association.
