Helen passed away yesterday, the 31st of October 2014, at her home in Bristol, Ontario County, New York, with her family by her side.

She was born the daughter of Levi Spencer & Eloise Mae (Pettes) Corser, in Bristol, Ontario County, New York. Her father Levi was not only the "Bristol Town Justice", he was also the "Bristol Town Historian" for many years as well.

She was a wonderful friend, a great joy to spend time with, at church, at her home and the many times at her official office as "Bristol Town Histroian". We laughed over the way back family connections that we shared, as we worked together during the many years of my own family research. We dug and dug and dug some more, to find every last clue that led to the next piece of family history, that could be uncovered.

Bristol has lost another beautiful jewel from its community.

She was truly a wonderful person and I will miss her dearly.
