FLOYD GAY OBITUARY 5-16-1930 Post #10 Snohomish.
Loyd Gay, 89, a veteran of the Civil war and member of Morton post #10 G.A.R., of Snohomish, died at 7 o'clock this morning at his home at Roosevelt. Mr. Gay was born in Pennsylvania and resided on route 2 for the past ten years. He is survived by a sister in Ca., six daughters and one son. Mrs. Jennie Gendraeu and Mrs. Mary Ailport of Roosevelt, Mrs Sadie Pozuett of Spooner, WI; Mrs T.J. Hill of route 2, Mrs. Lavine Smith of South Dakota, Thomas Gay of route 2 and Mrs. Fred Masterjohn of Monroe, 65 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. The body is at Bakeman & Whyte's chapel from where funder arrangements will be announced later.
