Frances Stork, 87, of Rockdale, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014, in the Giddings Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Giddings. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday, November 2, 2014, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.

Frances was born in San Gabriel, Texas, to Louie and Lillie (Lamb) Caffey. She and Gerhard Stork were married on February 22, 1942, in Pastor Schraeder's home in Rockdale. Frances was a homemaker and a member of Forest Grove Christian Church. Frances had lived in Rockdale and was currently living in the Giddings Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Giddings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerhard, on December 14, 1986; son, Joe David Stork, on June 11, 1984; her father, Louie, on November 20, 1951; her mother, Lillie Stork Mason, on April 26, 1996; her step-father, Gordon Mason, on August 19, 1987; and a brother, James Caffey.

Survivors include sons, Don Stork and wife, Patricia, of Orafino, Idaho, and William Stork and wife, Ginny, of Lexington; daughter, Charlotte Moore and husband, Clayton, of Odessa; daughter-in-law, Kay Stork, of Rockdale; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; sister, Letha Warren, of Houston; other relatives and many friends.
