SCHNEIDER, OZELLA WHITE
of Knoxville, born August 9, 1923 passed away at 12:45 pm Thursday, April 29, 2010. She attended Wallace Memorial Baptist Church. Along with her husband, Charlie, she was co-owner of Refreshment Service in Fountain City. Ozella and Charlie enjoyed years of flower gardening, attending church, playing cards and golfing with friends and family at Beaver Brook Country Club. Preceded in death by John and Nanny Ellen White, siblings Calvin, Elmer, Margaret Johnson, Carrie Day, Lillian White, Leola Corlis, Gladys Mills, Edith Foster, Naomi Turner, Ralph, Roy, John C. Jr. and her son-in-law, Sam Bruce. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Bruce; her son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Susie Schneider; grandchildren Brian and Kristy Bruce, Ginger and Scott Wishart, Jami and Brad Dye, Brandon and Yvette Schneider and 9 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery for internment at 11am with Rev. Doug White officiating, honorary pallbearers grandsons and great grandsons. Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. www.mynattfh.com
