Seymour, Tex, (Special) - Funeral services for Harvey Richard Baxter, 65, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Christian Church of Seymour with Rev. Robert Devin officiating. Baxter died Thursday at 7:45 p.m. in Baylor County Hospital. He was born on Sept. 5, 1896, in Archer City and had resided in Seymour for the past 50 years. He was a retired employee of the Postal Service, having worked for them for 22 years. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery under direction of Harrison Funeral Home of Seymour. There will be a graveside Masonic service at the cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lillie Mae Baxter of the home; one son, Harvey R. Baxter of Seymour, and one daughter, Mrs. Geneva Jackson of Wichita falls; three sisters, Mrs. W. H. Johnson of Seymour, Mrs. J. H. H. Parker of Seymour.
