Donna was born June 19, 1941 in Harrisburg, MO to Charles O. Cook and Gertie G. Forbis. She was raised in Hallsville, MO with eleven brothers and sisters. She had worked at the University of Missouri for a few years in the payroll department; she was a Hallsville Indians fan and a Missouri Tigers fan. She enjoyed listening to classic country music and was a member of Grace Bible Church in Columbia.
Donna is survived by her son, Jeffrey Chandler and wife Tammie of Fulton, MO; brother, Russell Cook of Hallsville, MO; sister, Shirley Durk and husband Leslie, Jr. of Hallsville, MO; many nieces and nephews, and grandchild, Deondra Staab.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Gertie, her husband Richard, five brothers, and four sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
