Irving R. Justason, 81, of Lake Alfred, FL, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2012. Mr. Justason was born in Nashua, NH on September 28, 1931. He attended schools in Nashua and graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1950. He entered the U.S. Air Force in 1951 and retired after serving 22 years. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. After his retirement he worked for Sanders Associates and Dube Realty in Nashua and as a rural mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Amherst, NH. He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed traveling in his RV for many years throughout the U.S, Canada, and Mexico before making his home in Lake Alfred. He was a member of the Elks, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars in Winter Haven, FL. Mr. Justason was predeceased by his parents, Lyle and Simone (Hebert) Justason, and one brother, Ernest L. Justason. He is survived by four children, Steven Justason and wife Mickey of Rock Hill, SC, Andrew Justason of Chichester, NH, Christine Francoeur and husband Kenneth of Concord, NH, and Bruce Justason and wife Bibiana of Nashua, NH; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Service: Military Honors and Interment will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, 10am, at Edgewood Cemetery in Nashua.
