Mrs. Alice Aufdenberg
JACKSON - Mrs. Alice D. Aufdenberg, 1005 Old Cape Road, died Sunday night at her home. She was 61 years old. Mrs. Aufdenberg was born April 4, 1908, at Conran. She was married to Bern W. Aufdenberg, who died in July, 1960.
Surviving are a son, Paul Story of Kennett; a daughter, Mrs. Harlan Hager of Gordonville; a brother, Henry Allison of cape Girardeau; two sisters, Miss Elgia Allison and Mrs. Ora Lewis, both of Cape Girardeau; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 at New McKendree United Methodist Church here of which she was a member, by the Rev. Ronald E. Wood Jr., pastor. Burial will be in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
The body is at the McCombs Funeral Home here where a prayer service will be held at 11:30 Wednesday morning. At 12:30, the body will be taken to the church.
