Funeral for Mrs. Brien Takes Place Saturday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Gleichauf Brien, 67, who died Tuesday, will be conducted Saturday morning at the home, 56 Seyle Terrace, at 9 o’clock and at Holy Rosary Church at 9:45 o’clock.
Mrs. Brien was an active member of the church. She also was a member of LCBA and Rosary Society of that church and the Sacred Heart Society of Holy Redeemer Church.
Mrs. Brien was the wife of the late Joseph A. Brien, manufacturer, and the mother of the Rev. William J. Brien, pastor of St. Patrick’s Church, Elmira.
She also leaves five other sons, Albert, Cyril, Joseph and Thomas of Rochester; Edward of Buffalo; two daughters, Mrs. George A. Kastner of Detroit, and Mrs. Elmer Haag of Rochester; 10 grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Rose Meyer, Mrs. Tillie Fess, Mrs. Andrew Mosher and Mrs. Joseph Schwartz; one brother, Joseph Gleichauf.
