Services for Cline P. Bloodworth will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Bloodworth, 84, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000, in a Macon Hospital. A Wilkinson County native, he was the son of the late Henry Bloodworth and Mamie McMullen Bloodworth. He had made his home in Baldwin County most of his life and was retired from the Central State Hospital Fire Department after 27 years of service. He was also owner of Bloodworth Pecan Co.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian Quinn Bloodworth of Milledgeville; children, Betty Stephens of Lexington, S.C.,
and Annette Wood, Tommy Bloodworth, Steve Bloodworth and Bobby Bloodworth, all of Milledgeville; sister Irene Allen of Milledgeville; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. The family
will receive friends at Williams White Columns Funeral Home
from 6 to 8 tonight.
