Sammy Len Fountain, 32, died Sunday, July 31, 1994, at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Williams Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Emory Freeman will officiate. Burial will be in West View Cemetery.
Mr. Fountain, a lifelong resident of Milledgeville, was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Blanche Fountain of Milledgeville; a brother, Benjie Fountain of Milledgeville; and his grandparents, Wilbur and Gladys McCoy and Carlton and Juanita Vinson, all of Milledgeville.
