Gladys Jane Bottroff McMillan, 84, of Palm Springs, Calif., went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. She was born November 19, 1928 to George and Mabel Snider in Canada. Gladys will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughters Janette (Mark) Temple and Mary Jane Smith. She is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Laurence Hill Bottroff Jr., her husband Laurence Bottroff Sr., her husband Arthur Franklin McMillan and five siblings. Gladys began serving the Lord in Ministry at the age of 13 along with her father. She continued as a missionary to other countries with her husband Larry. She continued sharing the gospel throughout her remaining years. Her mission was, "One More for the Kingdom!" A celebration of Gladys life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the Valley Assembly of God Church 32500 Cathedral Canyon Drive, Cathedral City, CA. Burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Valley Assembly of God Church and Missionary program 760 328 6894. Mortuary arrangements are entrusted to Forest Lawn Cathedral City.
