Paul Dean Anderson, 70, of Atkins, Arkansas died Monday, July 18, 2005, in Little Rock, Arkanssa. He was born February 28, 1935, in Mount Ida, Arkansas. He played basketball for Mount Ida High School and the 1954 Arkansas Wonder Boys, was an Army captain, a history teacher and basketball coach at County Line High School and Atkins High School, named District Basketball Coach of the Year 1972-73 and member of First Baptist Church in Atkins.
Funeral was held at 10 a.m. at Atkins First Baptist Church with burial at Bells Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Home of Atkins.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter; two sons; a brother; and five grandchildren.
