Luciano is survived by four children, Anthony, Tyiana, Luciano Jr. and Isaiah Peter, and his brother, Francisco Cuellar.
Luciano was proceeded in death by his father, Larry Cuéllar, his mother, Tillie Chávez, and his son, Adam Cuéllar.
Services will be held On Thursday, October 16, 2014 with the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. with the Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church at 833 Arizona SE. Luciano will be buried at San José de Armijo Cemetery on 2957 Arenal SW, following the Mass. Palllbearers will be Francisco Trujillo, Christopher Cuéllar, Willie Chávez, Carlos Mora, Jerome González and his best friend, David.
