Preceded in death by: loving wife of 67 years, Mrs. Patricia Smith
Mr. Smith retired as Lt. Commander after 22 years in the Navy, where he fought in WWII, as well as the Korean War. He taught special education at Meridian High school for 13 years and spent more than 60 years in the Little Rock Masonic Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star. He died at his residence on Friday, June 20, 2014 after a long life of 101 years.
