Doris L. (Buchholz) Detmer, 87, passed away on March 1, 2008 in Jourdanton, Texas. She was born on December 8, 1920 in Beaumont, Texas to Frank Frederick Buchholz and Ruby Burns Buchholz.
Doris retired as Executive Vice President with the Eisenhower National Bank.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Hubert M. Detmer, Sr.; sisters, Lucia Alexander and Ernestina Buchholz; brothers, Gordon and Frank Buchholz.
Doris is survived by her son, Sonny Detmer and wife, Betty; grandchildren, Ty Detmer and wife, Kim and Koy Detmer and wife, Katie; Dee Dinkelmann and husband, Johan and Lori Steyn and husband, Frans. 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
