Leah L. Langellier Lah, 94, of WL, died unexpectedly early Saturday at her residence.

A seamstress for most of her life, Mrs. Lah was first employed at Jaeger Dress in Bloomington, IL, several years. She later was self-employed.

Born in Ambia, May 24, 1894, she had lived in Gibson City, IL., before moving to West Lafayette in 1971.

Her marriage was Dec. 21, 1971, in Paxton, IL., to Harry F. Lah, a retired farmer. He survives.

She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Surviving with the husband are two sons, Leslie Whittet of Tacoma, and Delbert Whittet of Normal, and four stepsons, David Lah of Cape Girardeau, Kenneth Lah of Fowler, Roger Lah of Brea, and Ronald Lah of Lafayette; fived grandchildren; five step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

She was preceded in death by two brother, two sister, one son and one granddaughter.
