Martha VanDerWoude, 70, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. She was born in Ogden on May 10, 1944 to Theodore and Annie May Venstra Lillegard.



She married Klaas VanDerWoude on June 3, 1960. They had three children together, Keven, Kurt, and Danice.



Martha was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, her great-grandson, one sister, one brother, and her parents.



Martha is survived by her daughter, Danice Kilfoyle, Roy, Robyn Jones, Clearfield; grandchildren, Justin, Ashleigh, Autumn, Garret, Jacob, Lacey, Tricia, Katie, Bryan and Michael; and her great-grandchildren, Asher, Kansas, Brilee, Adalee, Evan, Trinitee, Aiden, and Tesla; and three sisters, Viola Anderson, Edna Anderson, and Helen (Raymond) Ross, and many beloved nieces and nephews.



Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
