Mr. Anderson returned home a few days ago from a ten-day stay at the Methodist hospital in Omaha where he had been taken in the hopes of bettering his health. Worries concerning the welfare of his family here caused him to return to Culbertson.

Thorwald Feldt Anderson was born at Norman, Nebraska on January 18, 1897 and passed away at his home in Culbertson on Saturday, September 19, 1931 at the age of 34 years, 8 months, and 1 day, death being caused by heart trouble from which he has been a sufferer for a number of years.
He was united in marriage to Lulu Downs, July 11, 1917 and to this union were born seven children, of which one son died in infancy. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and children, Millicent, 12; Garland, 9; Arlo Ray, 5; Elmore and Delmore, 2; and Richard, 7 months old. Also his mother and four sisters, Mrs. Rose Anderson, Brush, Colorado; Mrs. Mildred Kemper, Alcreek, Colorado; Miss Julia Anderson and Mrs. Emma Anderson of Norman, Nebraska; and one brother, Walter Anderson of Weslaco, Texas as well as a host of other relatives and friends. The entire community extends its heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family in their time of sorrow.
