1925-2006 PHOENIX, Ariz. Leevoda Gerardo, 81, Phoenix, formerly of DeKalb, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, at a Phoenix care center Leevoda was born on Jan. 26, 1925, in DeKalb. She retired from real estate in Arizona and had worked in advertising in Chicago. She was of Christian faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Harriett Crockett; sister, Rose Crockett; and four brothers, Hoard, Elgin, James and Charles Crockett. Survivors: sister, Minnie Sprake, Faucett, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, Westlawn Cemetery, DeKalb. Interment: West-lawn Cemetery, with Rev. Robert Day presiding.
