Rose A. (Molinaro) Schmoltze Yeates, 92, of Bethlehem, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Paul W. Yeates, who passed in 1972, and of Raymond C. Schmoltze, who died in 1945 while serving his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Born in Hazelton, PA, she was one of 14 children born to the late Frank and Rose (Molinaro) Molinaro.

Rose worked for Just Born Candy, Clymer's Carousel, Magnetic Windings and Bethlehem Steel. She was a member of Edgeboro Moravian Church in Bethlehem.

She is survived by daughter Perry Emig and her husband Glen of Bethlehem; sons Ronald Sease and his wife May of Sacremento, CA, Raymond Schmoltze and his wife Barbara of Fort Myers, FL, Paul Yeates and his wife Mary Nadeau of Alburtis, and David Yeates of Bethlehem PA; 10 grandchildren, including Tammi (Emig) Palinkas and her husband Gary, and Lori (Emig) Eutsler and her husband Jeffrey; 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marian Howell of Allentown.

She was predeceased in 2007 by her grand-daughter, Michele R. (Emig) Hoagland.

Friends called from 3 to 5 PM Sunday in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem.

A Memorial Service was held at 3PM, Monday, October 13, 2014 at Edgeboro Moravian Church, 645 Hamilton Ave., Bethlehem.
