Mary Irene Depperschmidt, 87, La Crosse, died Thursday, June 22, 2006, at Ponca City, Okla.

She was born Nov. 14, 1918, in Loretto to Jacob and Katie (Suppes) Urban.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Depperschmidt and Garry Depperschmidt, both of Ponca City; two daughters, Shirley Chester, Puyallup, Wash., and Linda Moore, Kermit, Texas; three sisters, Sister Marietta Urban, Wichita, Esther Wanzel, Davenport, Iowa, and Florine Meister, Great Bend; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, La Crosse; burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Loretto. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Janousek Funeral Home, 719 Pine, La Crosse, with family present from 6 to 7 p.m. A vigil service and rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to St. Michael's Catholic Church, La Crosse.
