Mrs. Frannie G. Blackwood, 83, widow of Herman Blackwood, died Saturday at the S.F. Vilas Home, where she had lived since Sept. 10, 1961.
Mrs. Blackwood was born at Adams Landing, Grand Isle, Vt., on July 28, 1882 daughter of Homer and Edna (Adams) Griswold.
Mr. and Mrs. Blackwood opened a guest house at Adams Landing from 1908 until 1939. When they moved to Plattsburgh.
