Sarah is the daughter of Thomas Rice and Mary King and she married twice to (1.)John Adams and (2.) Peter King.

Child from John Adams whom she married abt 1682:

Thomas Adams-21 Oct 1706

Married second to Peter King who was much older then Sarah. They adopted a child who was the son of her sister and her husband,Samuel Rice and Elizabeth King:

Samuel( Rice) King-14 Oct 1667-4 Mar 1713

Both husbands died in Sudbury and are buried there although the final resting place is unknown for either of the three, which is why they are placed in "Limbo Land".

Note from Linne....
I have an update on parentage of Samuel King alias Rice. I found the will of Peter King, dated 7 Feb 1697/98 and probated 4 Dec 1704. He mentions his "beloved" wife, Sarah, and his "adopted" son, Samuel King alias Rice. He also mentions his "beloved kinsman" Cousin Thomas Rice. There is obviously a link to the Rice since three of Peter's sisters married Rice brothers. There is no Rice sister named Sarah in that generation or the next that makes any sense for Peter to have married. I think the connection to the Rice family is through his sisters and not his wife. I can only find one record on Ancestry.com and nothing on the Internet related to Peter.

This does need further checking to clarify it.....LHG
