Mildred C. Greenwell was the daughter of John Greenwell, a Nelson County, Kentucky native, and Elizabeth (Rush?) Greenwell, a native of Germany.

Mildred's death certificate #22761 says she died at 4:00 p.m. in the Chicago, Kentucky Voting Precinct of "Illeo Colitis and abdominal abcess," at the age of seven months and nine days. Her physician was Dr. j. K. Cissell of Loretto, Hentucky. The informant was Elizabeth greenwell of Chicago, Kentucky. H. Harp of Coon Hollow, kentucky made the arrangements for her burial here on September 12, 1915.

NOTE: The location of her unmarked grave is unknown.
