Mr. Weaver was a son of the late Benjamin and Alice (Raffensperger) Weaver. He had engaged in the fresh fruit marketing business for some time. He was a member of the Idaville United Brethren Church.
Surviving are a daughter: Mrs. John A. Marks of Gardners R.2.; two sons: Warren B. Weaver of Dillsburg R.2.; and C. Rodney Weaver of Gardners R.1.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services at the Dugan Funeral Home in Bendersville, with the Rev. Jacob Stover and the Rev. Kenneth Barner officiating. Interment will be made in Sunnyside Cemetery, York Springs.
