Mrs. Susie Allen Dies at 89 Years --
Mrs. Susie Norvell Allen of Winchester died at Smith Memorial Hospital last Friday after several months illness. She was 89.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Moore-Cortner Chapel with burial in Franklin Memorial Gardens. The Rev. J. E. Wolfe officiated.
A native of Lincoln County, Mrs. Allen was born January 25, 1880. She was the daughter of William Norvell and Martha Carriger Norvell.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Allen, and one daughter, Miss Aileen Allen, Winchester.
