In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Lyman, John Irvin, and Robert Frost.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Holtzclaw Frost, and the following:
•Two sisters: Delilah Frost, Somerset, KY; and Mildred Bradshaw, Russell Springs, KY
•Two brothers: Gary Frost and Larry Frost, both of Russell Springs, KY
