Siloam Springs - Mrs. Effie Elizabeth Canup, 82, of Springdale, died in Springdale hospital Thursday. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors are two sons, Joe of Springdale and Frank of Coos Bays, Ore.: two daughters, Mrs. Allie Lock of Gardenia, Calif. and Mrs. Jonnie Leaveck of Plymouth, Mich.; one sister, Mrs. Laura Walker of Elm Springs: eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Elm Springs Methodist Church with burial in Elm Springs Cemetery under direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
