Will Chapman passed away Saturday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Willie Harris, in Alderson, and is being buried this afternoon with services at 2:30 o'clock at the Harris home. Rev. Walter Gardner officiated and burial, under the direction of Chaney's, is being made in the North McAlester cemetery. Mr. Chapman was born March 18, 1875 in Grimes County, Texas. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Jessie Barr, of Alderson, Mrs. Pansy Keith, McAlester Rt. 5, and Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Helen Riley, both of Alderson. Two brothers, Jim Chapman of McAlester and John Chapman of Krebs, also survive.
