George Davis, for many years a resident of Cave Springs, died at his home near Wager on Saturday afternoon. The funeral services were held in the Baptist church Sunday afternoon and the body interred in the Baptist churchyard.
Deceased leaves a widow and four children besides three sisters and many other relatives and friends to mourn his death. A married daughter, Mrs. Wilburn Oakley and a married son, Raymond, live in Cave Springs. (Benton County Record 2/18/1921)
