LIVINGSTON – Funeral services for William Woodrow Cooper, 87, were held Wednesday, March 7, 2007, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Burial followed in Woodlawn Gardens of Memories in Houston.
Mr. Cooper died Monday, March 5, in New Braunfels.
He was born March 24, 1919 in Vidor, the son of Albert and Viola Howard Cooper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Daisy Augusta Cooper; his parents; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his daughters, Eileen Wilson of New Braunfels and Judy Rothel of New Braunfels; son, W.W. “Bill” Cooper Jr. of Brownwood and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Frank Flowers, John Brown, Bob Hall, Pat Howton, Louis Martin and Eugene Vaughn.
