Aaron John Begay, 38, of Gallup, passed from this life Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, in Gallup. He was born Nov. 1, 1975, in Shiprock. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Robert Pete; great-grandma Irene Ojay; grandpa Harvey Bekis.
He is survived by his parents, John L. and Shirley A. Begay of Shiprock; brother Jonathan Begay of Farmington; and sisters, Katrina, Adriana and Chandra Begay all of Las Cruces. Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 2, at Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Shiprock. Pastor John Greydanus will officiate. Interment will follow at Shiprock Community Cemetery.
